Two things annoyed me whilst traveling to the airport this evening.

1. At least 2 carriages on the train were closed for no apparent reason resulting in overcrowding and cramped conditions in those that were open for passengers. Eventually they opened one of them up part way through the journey. Not only was it uncomfortable, it was unsafe.

2. When I got to the train station there was only one escalator which was configured to take passengers down to the platform from the overpass. This was most inconvenient, it is a lot harder to carry luggage upstairs than downstairs. They should really put it in reverse. There were a lot of steps!

One thing I have been impressed with is the Samsung mobile charging station which offered me this opportunity to vent my frustration whilst waiting for my flight to Belfast!
